I have learned so many things. I have so many more things to learn....Even though I did not get all the details on there that I wanted to It was great accomplishment.

Odessa Police Academy Graduation
Just completed this cake for the Odessa Police Academy. The overall cake weight about 100lbs. Could of fed about 400 to 500 people. There was about 300 people at the graduation. People could not believe this was a cake.
I have learned so many things. I have so many more things to learn....Even though I did not get all the details on there that I wanted to It was great accomplishment.
